it is overall clean, first-rate hotel, that has good location and staff. lots of food at the breakfast, including fresh bread, yoghourt, fresh fruit and scrambled eggs.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just off the main canal and in the heart of the old town area. You'll be close to everything, including the Markt square and all the restaurants, bars, and shops. The rooms are clean, lovely, and comfortable, with beautiful traditional decor. The staff are friendly, efficient, and accommodating. The breakfast is amazing and the service is attentive.

The only downside is that there is a limited room service menu.

We had an amazing stay at The Pand Hotel. The room was beautiful and the upgrade was well worth it. The staff were friendly and were really good too make our stay comfortable. I want to commend the receptionist who offered her own deodorant when my friend couldn't find hers. The room service was really good and the location was perfect. Despite a few minor issues like a random shower temperature and some cleanliness concerns, we couldn't have been happier with our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.
